Second Line - Part 2

This was a common sentiment at Jazzfest. A lot of people there are frustrated that the federal government seems to be willing to spend an indefinite amount of money on Iraq, but is reluctant to commit funds for rebuilding after Katrina.









Here is Second Line Eddie again.



The woman in the middle with the tiny umbrella is from Italy. She's a travel agent, and she comes to Jazzfest every year.



I've seen this fellow at every Jazzfest I can remember. He carries musical spoons (rather than an umbrella), which he plays in time to the music as he marches.
